Period ribbon bar of 1939-45 Star, Africa Star (1st Army), Italy Star, Defence Medal - on lugs with cotter pin attachment, likely for tropical uniform. Original medal transmittal box addressed to: N. S. Naylor. The partial remaining address appears to be to: 27 Scott Avenue, Hin (this is likely 27 Scott Avenue, Hindley, Wigan - which is in the regimental recruiting area). Also included are 2 original Loyal Regiment Cap Badges.

Naylor was almost certainly a member of the 1st Battalion possibly seeing action in France and the Evacuation of Dunkirk, the Tunisian Campaign and the Italian Campaign. Requires more research.
