Shipping policy

Due to inconsistencies in Shopify/Canada Post automatically generated postage rates, and because we offer a wide variety of different products, Phalanx Militaria uses a flat rate for shipping items.  Phalanx Militaria will provide a refund for postage costs less than the flat rate, if applicable.

We offer combined postage whenever possible. If combined shipping is not possible at check out - please contact us and we will send an invoice. 

Inexpensive items may be sent using regular mail (without tracking) - Entirely at the buyer's risk. To have items sent without tracking, please email us first to confirm.

We use Canada Post services with tracking for most orders. Any item sent without a tracking service is entirely at the buyer's risk.

While we make every effort to package items securely, any claims regarding damage or loss incurred during shipping must be settled with the respective postal carrier, not Phalanx Militaria.

Insurance included using Canada Post products may not cover the entire purchase price of the item. Additional insurance can usually be purchased, if desired. Please contact us if you require this.

Any duties or importation taxes incurred are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We generally ship items 1-2 times per week and will update buyers when items have been dispatched and provide the tracking number, if applicable.

Shipping costs are as follows:

1. $20.00 CAD for Canadian Addresses on most items. Certain items may incur a higher shipping cost due to size and weight or destination. A refund will be issued for any mailing cost less than this amount.
