Thomas O'Donohoe was born in Saint John, New Brunswick. He had served 9 years in the New Brunswick Regiment of Artillery when he joined the 78th Battalion CEF in Winnipeg, November, 1915. He served overseas with the 78th and various other units in the CEF until he was discharged.
