Stanley Peters was born in Sydenham, ON and joined the 130th Battalion (Lanark and Renfrew) in Smiths Falls, ON, October 1915. He served on the Western Front with the 3rd Battalion from November 1916. Mounted on an interesting contemporary suspension.
