WWI British War Medal named to: LIEUT. H. SPRENGER
Harold Sprenger was born in Leamington, Warwick, England and had previous service in the Army Service Corps and the 100th Winnipeg Grenadiers when he joined the 184th Battalion CEF in Winnipeg in May, 1916. A civil engineer, Sprenger was transferred to the Canadian Engineers and served in France with various engineer units.
