WWII German Luftschutz Verbandkasten - complete with contents. A very nice example of a Third Reich period air defence first aid kit. Contained in a sturdy steel box, the kit has an amazing assortment of original (most pre-war or wartime dated) medical supplies including a splint, various salves and medications, bandages, gauze, scissors, etc. Also has an original stamped document. Appears to have come out of the Wiesbaden area. This example is the scarcer ordnance tan version, most were painted in the standard German field grey. Very difficult to find with complete contents.
