WWI Victory Medal: 410423 Pte. L. Vizina 38-Can. Inf.
Lorenzo Vizina (Vezina) was born in Ottawa, Ontario and claimed 3 years prior service in the 3rd Field Company Canadian Engineers. He joined the 38th Battalion CEF at Ottawa in February 1915. He served overseas in the 38th Battalion until being killed in action 30 October 1917. He is commemoraterd on the Menin Gate Memorial, Ypres, Belgium. In the description is a copy of a photo of Vezina which is posted on the Canadian Virtual War Memorial website.
