United Nations Korea Medal named to: ZA-4703 R. F. Webb
Roy Franklin Webb spent his early years in Truro, Nova Scotia. He attended King's College in Halifax where he studied theology. After working as a teacher, he became an ordained minister in the Anglican church. He joined the Canadian Army in 1952 and served in Korea as the chaplain attached to the 3rd Battalion PPCLI. Following his service in the Korean War, Webb continued to serve both in Canada and in Europe (Soest, Germany) until releasing from the army in 1961.
