Believed to be Charles F. McFeeters, born Londonderry, Northern Ireland, 1924 and passed away in Carlisle, Cumberland, England in 2006. An interesting combination of medals suggesting some broken service or perhaps a bit of a ‘bad lad’ who was denied a LSGC. Medals are court mounted as worn.
