Meyer Arthur Copeland served in the 40th Battalion Royal Fusiliers – the Jewish Legion. He was additionally awarded a Silver War Badge. Online research indicates he was born in Leeds, Yorkshire in 1883. He appears to have moved to Edinburgh as his pension card gives an address there in 1919.  A nice medal to a senior NCO of the Jewish Legion.
