1914-15 Star (8021 Pte. A. Darragh. R. Innis. Fus.) Star is fitted with a slip-on type clasp.
Andrew Darragh joined the Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers in at Omagh in 1904. Prior to the First World War he served in Crete, Malta and China. He disembarked in France 23 August 1914. He was admitted to 4 Stationary Hospital with a GSW to the right shoulder on 6 October 1914.
He was transferred to the 3rd Garrison Battalion, Northumberland Fusiliers 25 May 1917 and assigned a new regimental number (52123). He served the remainder of the war in the UK and was discharged to pension at the end of hostilities.
