He has at all\u003cbr\u003etimes showed fearless initiative and devotion\u003cbr\u003eto duty, particularly during February and\u003cbr\u003eMarch of this year, when, owing to Section\u003cbr\u003eOfficers becoming casualties, he had for many\u003cbr\u003edays to command different sections.
